MILAN – Chiara Ferragni leaves the Tod’s board of directors. The entrepreneur – as reported by Radiocor – was not reconfirmed as a member of the board of directors, where she joined in 2021.
Nothing reconfirms too Luca di Montezemolo e Luigi Abete. Di.Vi. Finanziaria, a vehicle controlled by Diego della Valle who holds 50.291% of Tod’s capital, presented the majority list for the renewal of the board of the Marche clothing company at the April meeting: the influencer does not appear among the nine candidates who had joined the board of directors in the spring of 2021 but that of the former president of Ferrari and the former president of bnl also do not appear.
The list is led by the president and CEO Diego Della Valle himself and sees Maria d’Agata (general counsel of intercos) in second place. The third name on the list is that of Andrea Della Valle, current vice president.
