Virtual general meetings: How useful are they?

Some DAX companies are choosing a hybrid variant, such as Henkel a few days ago. What do you think of it?
A hybrid AGM, i.e. an in-person event plus a live stream, is the gold standard. We would like all public companies to choose this format. The advantages of the in-person AGM remain intact, but at the same time shareholders who are unable to travel in person can also take part in the event. But hybrid HVs have so far been the exception. Many companies reject it, arguing that it would result in double the effort.
