Il Dow Jones Industrial Average it edged up slightly on Monday, as regional banks attempted to rally to start the week.
The Dow rose 60 points, or 0.2%. The S&P 500 gained 0.1%. The Nasdaq Composite fell slightly.
Regional bank stocks rose broadly, with the SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF (KRE) up 2.2%.
