Wiit has completed the purchase of 100% of the share capital of Boreus and Gecko Gesellschaft für Computer und Kommunikationssysteme in execution of the agreements signed on 18 October. The price for the two acquisitions was set at a total of approximately 77.7 million euros, of which approximately 59.8 million for the acquisition of Boreus (partly paid through Wiit shares for a value of 10 million) and approximately 18 million for the acquisition of Gecko, without prejudice to the price adjustment mechanisms and, more generally, the main terms and conditions of the transaction announced on 18 October.

The acquisition of Boreus (cloud provider) and Gecko (developer of DevOps software solutions with a focus on kubernetes technologies) represents, after those of myLoc, which took place at the end of 2020, and of Mivitec, which took place in July 2021, a further and significant advance of the Cloud4Europe project launched by the Group in line with its own growth strategies for external lines.
