Premium electric brand Zeekr (Geely Group) will partner with Mobileye (Intel) with the goal of delivering the world‘s first autonomous vehicles with L4 capacity by 2024. The plan, shown at CES, reflects more than 35 years of research and development in the automotive industry and Geely’s manufacturing experience, as well as Zeekr’s ambition to provide an industry-leading AV solution. The renewed collaboration between Zeekr and Mobileye expands the companies’ long-term strategic technology partnership, which includes the development of Adas systems with advanced functionality for a variety of Zeekr models. The joint efforts are supported by an open collaboration on technologies including Mobileye True Redundancy sensing, Responsibility-Sensitive Safety (Rss) -based driving policy and a new Road Experience Management (Rem) mapping model with the aim of achieving a future safer on the roads.
