Hunan Satellite TV’s Spring Festival Gala Takes the Lead
Last night, the “2024 Hunan Satellite TV Mango TV Spring Festival Gala” was the first to be broadcast live on various satellite TV platforms. The party focused on the celebration of the whole people, bringing an immersive and joyful experience of celebrating the Southern New Year.
The gala showcased a magnificent display of unity, with the “descendants of the dragon” connecting heart to heart and hand in hand, creating a scene of flying dragons in the sky. This year’s Hunan Spring Festival Gala highlighted local characteristics, taking root in Hunan and promoting multiculturalism.
Artists from Hunan performed melodious songs, expressing the humanities and customs of Xiaoxiang. The poetry creative show “No Poetry Without Xiaoxiang” featured a 12-meter-long scroll created by painters from the “China” documentary, with Luo Yunxi transforming into a traveler to share the poetic beauty of Xiaoxiang.
The gala also featured the Lotus Award-winning dance drama “Song of the Four Seasons,” portraying the sincerity of awakening youth, and “Old Folks’ New Year Volume,” showcasing the belonging and love of the “new and old Hunan people” for the fertile land of Xiaoxiang. Additionally, “Drama in the Book” vividly demonstrated the inheritance and development of ancient books and modern opera, using a novel “open-book” format.
Overall, the “2024 Hunan Satellite TV Mango TV Spring Festival Gala” was a tremendous success, with a focus on promoting unity, cultural heritage, and local customs. It brought joy and celebration to audiences, creating a memorable and immersive experience for all.
