Happy House Casebook: Super Real Estate Agents Navigate Haunted Homes

Chen Tingni and Cai Fanxi Star in New Employee Light Comedy “Happy House Casebook”

In the upcoming employee light comedy “Happy House Casebook,” actors Chen Tingni and Cai Fanxi take on the roles of super real estate agents who specialize in handling murderous house cases. The duo are known for their attention to detail when it comes to inspecting properties, ensuring that they don’t accidentally purchase a haunted house.

Chen Tingni, who plays the role of senior real estate agent Lu Anqi, is portrayed as someone who is meticulous in her approach to house hunting. She emphasizes the importance of doing thorough research before making a purchase, noting that buying a house is a significant investment that requires careful consideration. Cai Fanxi, on the other hand, dreams of making a fortune and climbing the social ladder by becoming a homeowner.

The movie follows the pair as they investigate houses where murders have taken place, with Chen Tingni being tasked by a company executive, played by Ding Chuncheng, to create a map of a haunted house to earn a promotion. Along the way, they are joined by a rookie assistant named “Xiaoyou,” played by Cai Fanxi, who discovers he has a special psychic ability to detect ghosts.

Despite his character’s psychic abilities in the film, Cai Fanxi admitted that he is actually quite afraid of ghosts in real life. He shared that he pays close attention to the environment and lighting when house hunting, believing that sunlight brings positive energy.
