The rumor had been in the air for some time and now it has become official: Salvatore Ferragamo and Inter Parfums – manufacturer and distributor of perfumes and cosmetics – have, in fact, defined and agreed the terms of the operation for the transfer of the business and the concession of an exclusive worldwide license for the production and distribution of Ferragamo brand perfumes.
The agreement will become effective in October 2021 and will have an initial duration of 10 years. To ensure maximum coordination with the Ferragamo brand and its founding values, Inter Parfums will operate through a wholly owned Italian company, based in Florence, and will ensure made in Italy production.
