The third edition of Mixology Experience it’s just over, but the time for taking stock is not yet over. There were many considerations about the three days in Milan.
Among all, in the wake of the great success resulting from the first edition of the Gin Awards, a great novelty of the event was the arrival of the first editions of Grappa Experience Awards, Vermouth Awards e Amaro Awards. The announcement of the winners of the Awards, organized by Bartender.it in collaboration with Grappa Experience and Aperitivi&Co Experience, represented a recognition of high professional value assigned by industry experts to equally qualified colleagues.

So… How did it go?
Divided by product category, the objective was to reward the market to support it growth by focusing on three great Made in Italy products. The jury of experts tasted using the blind test method, awarding numerous awards.
Per Grappa Experience Awards aged have distinguished themselves Popp-hof Barrique of the Unterthurner Private Distillery, reserves them Elena Borra Barolo Riserva of the Vieux Moulin Distillery, la Riserva Cognac Cask by Domenis 1898 e Candolini Reserve of Fratelli Branca Distillerie e the young girl from Carlotto liqueurs e La Morbida by Roner Distillerie.
The awards of Aperitifs&Co Experience instead they rewarded vermouth and bitters. In the vermouth rossi they stood out Ancient Formula of Fratelli Branca Distillerie and the Civic 10 of the Sibona Distillery. In the vermouth bianchiinstead, the Organic Giacobini of Essenza Mediterranea and the GW of Roner Distilleries.
Amaro Awards saw the triumph ofGoose bitters of Almayer Society, theHeroic Amaro of Essenza Mediterranea and the Fernet Branca of Fratelli Branca Distillerie. Special mentions went to Amaruno from the Ginificio Microdistillery, Homemade bitters of the Private Distillery Unterthurner e bitter Hantack by Viere Hänte as alpine bitter ea Salty of Gin del Molo e Mzero Sea Amaro by Mzero Sealab as a maritime bitter. Amaro Awards then awarded further awards related to product concept et al packaging. A Salty of Gin del Molo, Fathers of the Bonaventura Maschio e Distillery Franklin the concept award from Next; to Mzero Sea Amaro by Mzero Sealab, Goose bitters by Almayer Society e Hantack from Viere Hänte the packaging award.
