Gosen was accused of performing endoscopies, colonoscopies and surgeries, as a result of which two people died, reported Fabricio Ortiz, the victims’ lawyer.

In Chile he was known as the “swindler with a thousand faces” and posed as a psychiatrist, among other specialties. During the COVID-19 pandemic he was seeing patients online and by phone. When he was discovered, he fled to Bolivia.
