One of these countries is Croatia and Chasing Nord are one of those bands that are definitely worth discovering. If you don’t already know them, they’ve been around in their home country since they were founded in 2013, back then under the name Nord earned a very good reputation with his debut work Play Restart solidified. Last year is the third album Last Rain on Earth on the Slovenian label Dallas Records appeared.
With two guitars, you should expect robust string work from the quartet. In fact, white too Last Rain on Earth like its predecessors, convince with concise hooks and sharp riffs. You stretch your wings and want to gain an international foothold. This can be heard very well on the new album. It was produced in Canada and Australia. Entertaining alternative rock
Particularly noteworthy is the title track in question with its anthemic vocal lines and merciless earworm character, the hard rocker Stay Awake and also Ænd Nowin which the band shows that they can take things more calmly and calmly and create an atmosphere like you HERE can hear. Leave It Behind brings some speed to the stage and the final track Fare Well is an airy blues rock number that also comes across as an acoustic nightcap.
The second guitar voice in particular could come to the fore a little more now and then. The listener often has the impression of listening to a power trio. With Last Rain on Earth want Chasing Nord catch up with the big names in the alternative rock scene.
