Huang Lei’s Company Applies for Trademark for “Cat in the Box” Variety Show
In a recent intellectual property move, Huang Lei’s company, Huang Xiaochu Brand Management Co., Ltd., has applied for a trademark for the popular variety show “Cat in the Box.” According to information from Tianyancha, the trademark application includes categories such as office supplies, kitchen sanitary ware, lamps, air conditioners, and convenience foods. The current status of the trademark is listed as Pending substantive review.
Huang Xiaochu Brand Management Co., Ltd. was established in March 2019, with Wang Ying as its legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Shareholder information reveals that the company is jointly held by Beijing Huang Xiaochu Brand Management Center (Limited Partnership) and Beijing Manfu Culture Communication Co., Ltd., with Huang Lei as the actual controller.
“Cat in the Box” is known as an all-star immersive plot experience variety show, produced by Huang Lei and featuring guests such as Huang Bo, Zhang Yixing, and Wang Xun.
