French artist Jean Jullien collaborates with Case Studyo to introduce new book-shaped wooden stool “TOME”
Renowned French artist Jean Jullien has partnered with the creative art agency Case Studyo to create a unique and visually striking wooden stool named “TOME”. This new addition is part of the “Mise en Page” collection at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche in Paris, featuring a range of tableware, ceramics, and objects all showcasing Jullien’s signature style.
“TOME” comes in two versions, both resembling an open book – with one version featuring a half-open book-shaped base and a closed book as a seat cushion, while the other version has both the base and seat cushion in the shape of a half-open book. According to Case Studyo, this design pays homage to the various books that have influenced Jullien’s artistic language.
Handmade in Belgium, “TOME” is crafted from beach wood and acrylic paint, with dimensions of 15.7 x 11.8 x 15.7 inches. The stool is now available for purchase on the Case Studyo official website, where interested readers and art enthusiasts can explore this unique collaboration.
With its creative and innovative design, “TOME” offers a functional yet artistic piece that is sure to spark conversation and interest among fans of Jean Jullien’s work and collectors of contemporary art.
