Milan Music Week 2021: the restart of the music sector passes from here

After the annus horribilis of 2020, «Music Rocks Here». This is the title of the Milan Music Week 2021 which returns from 22 to 28 November with a full program of panels, workshops, concerts and showcases, DJ sets and screenings. In addition to streaming, this year’s edition again includes face-to-face meetings, to rediscover music in all its places and ways, putting the live world and clubs at the center, which most of all have suffered from the difficulties of pandemic. Vasco Rossi will open the fifth edition of Milan Music Week, on the occasion of the release of his album Siamo Qui. During the week the “MMW Incontra” format will feature historical names from the Italian music scene such as Bertè, Caselli and Vanoni, contemporary artists including Mecna and Dardust and emerging artists such as Beba and Sangiovanni as protagonists of the various appointments.

A festival within the review

Also for this edition, from 23 to 25 November, Linecheck – Music Meeting and Festival, the appointment dedicated to professionals and music lovers – will also take place in presence and live streaming – with three days of meetings, workshops, panels and showcases dedicated to the national and international music industry. This year’s theme is the “Reverse”: Milan will meet the Europe of the innovators of the music industry, protagonists of that change in a digital and green key that will be the key to sustainable development also in the music sector. The festival will connect London, Berlin, Hamburg, Haldern, Paris and Madrid where as many evenings in attendance will take place which, simultaneously with Milan, will make up the musical program of the event.
