Soap opera producer Nicandro Díaz mourned by friends and colleagues in Mexico City

Mexico City – The artistic community in Mexico City was left in shock following the unexpected death of renowned soap opera producer Nicandro Díaz. Prior to this, Televisa held a mass in his honor at their facilities, where Díaz spent 36 years working.

Actress Marjorie de Sousa, visibly affected by the loss, expressed her gratitude to Díaz for bringing her to Mexico to participate in “Amores Verdaderos” and for giving her the opportunity to play her first leading role in the soap opera “Hasta el fin del Mundo.”
