A tragic accident took place on Route 22 with the Paso de los Libres intersection, the Wednesday before Easter. There, a van from the OPS company hit a motorcycle carrying two people: a pregnant woman and a man. As a result of the crash, the 23-year-old girl and her baby died. Now, the driver could face a case for the incident, the company’s lawyer represents him and they have already made themselves available to justice.
According to traffic personnel, the accident occurred around 7 p.m., when “Route 22 is clogged with traffic.”. The protagonists of the accident were an Amarok truck that was traveling in an east-west direction and a motorcycle that was trying to cross the route from south to north.
The prosecutor’s office informed Diario RÍO NEGRO that the driver of the truck could face a case against him. «The man is an employee of the OPS company, he appeared with the firm’s lawyer and they agreed to carry out certain measures such as blood and urine extraction.
