These and other questions will be answered in the talk and workshop given by the chef and journalist specialized in conscious and healthy eating Pablo Martín, who will arrive in Córdoba invited by the ADA Diabetes Argentina Civil Association.
With the idea of teaching how to prepare tasty, easy, fast and healthy meals, they will address the 4 meals a day at home, the ABC’s of healthy cooking for the family and vegan, vegetarian and gluten free proposals, among other topics.
In addition, Eloisa Monje, a graduate in Nutrition, will participate in the workshop.
The workshop will be this Thursday, June 8 at 6:00 p.m. at the ADA headquarters (Italia 2550, Villa Cabrera neighborhood) with free admission.

Pablo Martín is a journalist and chef specialized in healthy eating. He is the first massive reference to conscious eating in Argentina. He studied gastronomy at IGNOS and journalism at TEA. He served in prominent five-star hotels. At age 12 he had his first radio show.
In August 2011, she published her first conscious cookbook.
In mid-2013, he launched the first conscious eating magazine in Argentina: Cocina conciente.
He worked on several Argentine television and radio programs.
For several years he has been traveling through the interior of Argentina and some countries in America and Europe giving workshops on “Alimentación Viva” and “Alimentación Consciente”.
