Speaking of Tang Seng went to the foot of Lingshan, Yuzhenguan Jinding Great Immortal took Tang Seng and his disciples to the altar to go to the Buddhist monastery. He watched Yuzhongtang go through the back door and boarded the Buddhist blessed land Lingshan. After walking for five or six li, I saw a stream of flowing water, rolling waves, about eight or nine li wide, and four uninhabited. Tang Seng’s fear came out. Worried about how to get there. Monkey King found a bridge. Tang Seng looked closer. There was a flat beside the bridge with the words “Lingyundu” on it. It turned out to be a single-plank bridge. Tang Seng frightened and said, “Wukong, this bridge is not walked by humans, let’s not find a path to come.”

This fear is not small, it must be removed, this hurdle has to pass. At this moment, Tang Seng looked back and saw a person holding a boat in the ditch, and shouted, “Go on, go on!” Tang Seng was overjoyed that the ferry had arrived. The boat came so close, Tang Seng discovered that it was a bottomless boat. Tang Seng was shocked again: “How do you ferry people, you bottomless boat?”

At this time, Tang Seng was still an ordinary human body, and he couldn’t see that it was a boat supported by a Buddha coming to ferry him, and he dared not get on the boat for fear. Monkey King just pushed him onto the boat. I got on the boat and fell into the water in fright. At this time, the Tathagata stretched out his hand and pulled him up. Tang Seng also shook his clothes, piled up his shoes and complained about Monkey King. When the Buddha gently pushed aside the ferry, he saw a dead corpse up and down. This is the Tang Seng retreating to the flesh, and finally “getting out of the fetal body, and being in love with each other is the primordial spirit”, and he becomes a Buddha with all directions.

Even if Tang Seng has a Buddha body, he still has a hidden attachment to go. According to the Tathagata Buddha, the two Venerable A Nuo and Gaya Ye invited the Tang monk and his disciples to fetch the Buddhist scriptures. After reading the names of the scriptures, the two Venerable A Nuo and Gaya Ye said to the Tang monk: “The holy monk is here, what human affairs are there? Send us? Quickly take it out, so that you can pass the scriptures with you.” Tang Seng heard the words: “Disciple Xuanzang, the path is far away, I never prepared it.” The two masters laughed and said: “Okay, okay, okay! In this world, future generations should starve to death!”.

So Nuo and Venerable Kaye gave the wordless scriptures. The Burning Lamp Ancient Buddha didn’t want to waste the experience of Tang Seng and his apprentice. So let Venerable Bai Xiong drive the wind and act as a god to grab those wordless truths and throw away the dust. When Monkey King saw that the scripture package was broken and was blown to the ground by the fragrant wind, when he opened it, it turned out to be white, but found that there was no writing.

Tang Seng went back to see the Tathagata, and also reported the status of A Nuo and Venerable Kaye. The Buddha didn’t blame Nuo and Venerable Kaye, and he smiled and said, “Just stop yelling, and I know how he asks you for personnel matters. When the monks of the time came down the mountain, they recited this sutra with him at the home of the elder Zhao of Saviour, to protect his family and livelihood, and the dead to be detached, only to ask him to come back with three buckets and three liters of rice gold. I also said that they It’s a bargain and teaches offspring and grandchildren that they don’t have money to use it.”

He also instructed the two masters to pick up a few volumes of the scriptures with words for Tang Seng. The two masters again led the four masters and apprentices, and went under the treasure pavilion of Zhenlou, and still asked the monk Tang for some personnel. Sanzang had no flattery, and immediately ordered the monk to take out the purple gold bowl. Tang Seng never realized that the purple golden bowl was given by Emperor Taizong, but it was a human thing, it was a hidden attachment, and it had to be given up.

At the end of cultivation, before becoming a Buddha, every one of a person’s attachments must be removed.
