Last Saturday (27), military police officers from the 17th Battalion arrested a teenager for an infraction similar to robbery in Águas Claras.
The team was called to respond to a robbery incident in the park. Arriving at the address, the victims reported what had happened and informed the characteristics of the robber. Immediately, police officers intensified patrolling and found the boy on one of the EPTG walkways.
Noticing the vehicle approaching, the young man fled and hid in a bush. After a long sweep of the location, the military found the teenager with a knife and two of the victims’ cell phones.
The young man was taken to the Second Police Station for Children and Adolescents.
