Telepass and Enel X together: charging cars will be easier

by admin

ROME – A summer gift for owners of electric vehicles. Telepass and Enel X have announced a partnership for smart and sustainable mobility: Enel X charging stations have been integrated into the Telepass Pay app. Basically, by downloading the Telepass Pay app and selecting the Enel X top-up service, you can find the nearest available top-up point among the more than 13,000 installed in Italy.

“The agreement we are signing with Telepass is a clear example of how electric mobility is increasingly central to the business strategies of companies dealing with integrated mobility solutions,” said Augusto Raggi, head of Enel X Italia. “From today, it will be even easier and faster for all Telepass customers to find Enel X recharging points, relying on a capillary network that covers the whole country and is fully visible on the Telepass app. A value-added service that is part of Enel X’s business strategy, which is committed to dialogue with major partners in the sector and to the development of recharging technologies necessary to accelerate the transition process towards sustainable mobility ”.

“With the integration of Enel X charging stations into our integrated mobility ecosystem, we add a new step to the commitment to increasingly green mobility” – commented Gabriele Benedetto, CEO of Telepass. “Electric mobility is increasingly present in our daily lives, especially in urban centers, and Telepass’s goal is to contribute to the expansion of green travel methods. In fact, with this in mind, on Telepass Pay it is already possible, for example, to rent scooters, bicycles and electric scooters to move around the city while respecting the environment, or to book a car wash at home provided by the eco-sustainable car washing startup Wash Out, part of the Telepass Group “.
