Since March 14, São Paulo has witnessed a unique urban intervention: giant furniture spread across the city. This initiative is part of DW! SP (March 14 to 24, 2024), the largest urban design festival in Brazil. Named Circuito Gigantes do Design, the intervention seeks change the urban landscape inviting the public to a new perception of São Paulo. Created by Teto Casa and embraced by DW!, in partnership with C-CORE and EcoSimple, this action marks the launch of a new brand led by businessman Sergio Fix.

More than two decades ago, Fix founded Teto – a brand of furniture aimed at a young contemporary audience. Now, after consolidating its presence in the corporate segment, the company returns to its roots with Teto Casa, promising furniture made to feel at home.

The birthplace of this new brand is Metropolis Gallery, a shopping center in the heart of the city that was reborn after the pandemic, attracting creatives from different segments. Fix plans to establish a connection with this community, offering resources such as prototyping and 3D printing. In addition to this inauguration, Fix and his team are preparing the launch of a complete line of furniture during design week, along with a digital action that will make furniture available to affordable prices.
