On the 18th, said judicial procedure was carried out at a home in the El Frutillar neighborhood, where it was confirmed that the vehicle had been removed from the place, even so the inspection was carried out, managing to seize a 12/70 caliber shotgun, twenty-one cartridges among other elements of interest for the investigation. It was also delayed the main author of the incident, being a 40-year-old citizen.

The investigation continued, leading to the identification of a driver who had driven the truck used to transport the forklift and the stolen items, for 500 kilometers.

Therefore, that same day they verified addresses and requested search procedures, which arrived via warrant and were carried out at the end of that same day in two farms located on Avenida Hermann and neighborhood 645 homes in Bariloche, which yielded positive results.

Seizing the truck used to transport the stolen items, being a Mercedes Benz Axor 2035, with semi-trailer which contained a Michigan front loader and 1 container full of items, all of dubious origin.

Despite these achievements, research did not stop. On January 19, they located a warehouse where the stolen SAMPI was presumably hidden. The Neuquén Robbery and Theft Prosecutor’s Office intervened, carrying out a raid in the El Frutillar neighborhood, successfully recovering the SAMPI vehicle and delivering it to its owner.
