How to prepare the lemon drink
Preparing lemon water is really easy. To do this, add the juice of half a lemon to a glass of cold or lukewarm water. And the power drink is ready!
If you weigh more than 80 kilos, use a whole lemon for the same amount of water. If it is a little too sour at first, you can sweeten it a little with honey.
