Practical, tasty and green. It is the plant-based or plant-based products that have conquered the shopping cart of Italians: more than 1 in 2 (54%) buy them (21% usually, 33% occasionally). Among those who choose them regularly, that is 2-3 times a week, the under 35 prevail.
