An open-air gym is ready to “open” in the park in via Luca Ghini a Casalfiumanese. The Municipality, which has always been very attentive to the well-being and health of its citizens, has thus decided in recent months to join the project calledSports of All-Parks”. Created by Sport e Salute Spa, the state company created for the promotion of sport and healthy lifestyles, and promoted together with Anci (National Association of Italian Municipalities), it aims to promote wellness in gardens, parks and urban areas . The inauguration of the open-air gym will be held tomorrow, from 3.30 pm, in the presence of the mayor Beatrice Poli, the sports councilor Filippo Vega, the coordinator of the Sports and Health Spa Antonella Luminosi and the president of the Z. Fitness association Valentina Monducci. Together with them there will be no shortage of sports testimonials, the blue standard bearers of Imolanuoto Simone Cerasuolo and Federico Poggio and the former artistic gymnastics Olympian, Carlotta Giovannini from Imola.

The digitalized equipped area of ​​the park in via Luca Ghini – online with all the others already present on the national territory – will therefore be a perfect place to be together and to practice physical activity, exercising alone or in a group. On every single piece of equipment installed, everyone will be able to download the training tutorials through a simple QR Code, thus being able to do physical activity in the greenery to regenerate body and mind. The Municipality has given the open-air gym for adoption to the Z. Fitness association of Casalfiumanese which will take care of it and make it available to everyone, without age limits, managing time and space in favor of other entities in the area. All without forgetting the use open to anyone who wants to exercise or get back into shape. After the ribbon cutting, the demonstration activity to explain how the QR Code works, followed by practical activities with school children.
