Costantino Vitagliano to be a guest on ‘Very True’ to discuss his illness

Former Tronista of ‘Men and Women’ and Italian sex symbol, Costantino Vitagliano, will be appearing on the show ‘Very True’ to discuss the latest developments in his battle with a rare and incurable autoimmune disease.
