Covid al Papardo, the Internal Medicine department closed

The Papardo hospital has blocked admissions in the Internal Medicine department following the Covid infections recorded between staff and patients. At the moment, the health management confirms the positivity of two doctors and a health worker together with two patients subsequently transferred to Infectious Diseases.

The second swab to which the two doctors, already vaccinated, underwent a negative result and a further confirmation from a subsequent test is now awaited.

The hospital has activated all the safety measures required in these cases and the situation is under control.
