Covid, but are we sure the pandemic is over?

Since the World Health Organization officially declared the end of the Covid emergency on 5 May this year, numerous articles and interviews in the various media have appeared, sometimes in the form of joyful proclamations, in which the distinction between the end of he emergency and end of the pandemic has not been fully or at all clarified. A misunderstanding that has given rise to many to think and behave as if the second was over, not just the first.
