Cracker recalled for risk of foreign bodies: the brand concerned

The Ministry of Health and on the official page of the Bennet an alert was issued regarding a type of cracker. The latter was recalled per possible presence of foreign bodies. The announcement comes right after that of August 5 (also present on the Bennet website) which recalled Vivisì integral crackers. Having said that, then here is the affected brand, the lot and the Expiration date not only the latest crackers but also wholemeal ones.

Cracker recalled by the Ministry of Health: that’s what it is

On 2 September 2021, the Ministry of Health recalled the packaging of 500-gram crackers with brand Bennet. The product is marketed by Nuova Industria Biscotti Crich Spa and the production lot is number 6081. The location of the plant is instead the following: via Alcide de Gasperi 11, 31050 Zenson di Piave, Treviso-Italy.
The expiration date or the minimum storage term is July 27, 2022 while the weight of the sales unit is 500 grams. The reason for the recall is the possible presence of foreign bodies so the recommendation is not to consume the product. In addition to bring it back to the reference point of sale.

Withdrawal crackers for possible presence of foreign body: here are what

On 4 August, the recall from the Ministry of Health also arrived Vivisì wholemeal crackers whose product brand is Bennet Vivisì. They are marketed by Bennet Spa and the production lot is 1207. The manufacturer’s name is Quality Food, based in the factory in Martignacco (Udine) in via Spilimbergo 221.
The minimum shelf life or expiration date is May 26, 2022 while the weight is 400 grams. The reason for the precautionary withdrawal is the possible presence of a foreign body in an ingredient (flour).

For this reason, you are asked to return any packages purchased at the point of sale.
