Depression cannot be defeated in words

Depression is always spoken of in a rather vague way: there are those who underestimate its social impact, those who do not mention it because they are afraid of being judged, those who think it is not a disease. On the contrary, for the World Health Organization, depression is among the main causes of disability in the world and presents a high unmet therapeutic need.
