We all know that women are quite likely to get breast cancer. But in fact it is rare, but it does happen that men develop this tumor. According to a statistic that I know of, around 70,000 women develop breast cancer in Germany every year, while only 700 men suffer from it. During my 40 years of work, I have only discovered breast cancer in men about five times. In addition to genetic risk factors, there is often an enlargement of the male breast
