Following the certification of the Court of Auditors, Aran convened the trade union organizations for the definitive subscription of the Ccnl Education and Research sector 2019-2021 e on January 23rd, at 11am, for the signing of the Ccnl health management area (doctors, veterinarians). This was announced by the Agency for the Negotiating Representation of Public Administrations, adding that the contractual round relating to the three-year period 2019-2021 thus ends.
The agreement on the new medical and healthcare management contract 2019-21 dates back to 28 September, reached after 7 months of negotiations.
The new contract includes a salary increase, with 289 euros gross per month more for 13 months and up to 10 thousand euros in arrears per capita, but also career paths and a clear improvement in working conditions. Starting from stop unlimited hours and unpaid extra hours and ‘gifted’ to companies. The contract concerns 135 thousand white coats of the National Health Service (120,063 doctors and 14,573 non-medical health managers) and the resources amount to 618 million euros.
