To find out, we asked for help from nutritionist Flavio Pettirossi. Here’s what he told us:

Apple cider vinegar is obtained from the fermentation of fruit sugars and is obtained using pulp, core and peel. So can it really help and even promote weight loss?

Taking about 2-3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar diluted in water before main meals or in the morning on an empty stomach seems to help with good digestion and a good weight loss process.

Who Should Avoid Consuming Apple Cider Vinegar?

People suffering from heart disease or with cardiac or hydro-saline imbalances should pay attention to the intake of apple cider vinegar for its high potassium content.
