Family doctors, only three free in Lodi: the race to find a place has started

The town of Lodi is facing a shortage of family doctors, with only three of them currently offering free services to residents. The recent retirement of Giampaolo Ambrosini after 40 years of service, as well as the imminent retirements of Emilio Claudio Sangregorio and the upcoming retirements of Angelo Bricchi and Maurizio Mazzoleni in June, have left a gap in healthcare availability for the community.

This situation has caused concern among residents, as the availability of the remaining family doctors has already been completely booked out for the next few days. The race is now on to find new family doctors to fill the void left by these retirements.

The Asst management, responsible for the selection and revocation of family doctors in the area, is working to address the issue and reassure the public. They are actively seeking new doctors to join the healthcare system and ensure that residents have access to the medical care they need.

In the meantime, residents are being encouraged to visit pharmacies or Asst offices for assistance in finding a new family doctor. The community is hopeful that a solution will be found soon to ensure that everyone has access to a healthcare provider in Lodi.
