Even Apple has decided that its employees will need to be vaccinated to be able to return to work in attendance. The Cupertino company is not the only one among the Big Techs to have adopted this measure.
In the United States, the vaccine is mandatory for all government employees who work on-site. The US government has not been so categorical with private companies, which can decide whether or not to adopt this provision in their offices. However, the Biden administration has recommended that all companies with more than 100 employees request vaccination certificates from their employees.
Vaccines, tampons and smart-working “forever”: this is the strategy of Apple and other tech giants such as Facebook, Google, Twitter and Microsoft to fight covid in their offices.
