Doctor Marzia Pasini, biologist from Val Seriana, explains to our microphones how the popular law proposal that asks – among other things – to abolish the obligation of the Green pass as a guarantee was also born in Val Seriana, in the province of Bergamo. of freedom as established by the Italian Constitution and by the European Union.
