Georgia, Ukraine and Poland: these are the last national teams to qualify for Euro 2024. After Kvicha Kvaratskhelia’s team, victorious on penalties over Greece, the last two missing teams in the draw arrived, overcoming Iceland and Wales respectively. Ukraine, trailing by a goal from Genoa’s Gudmundsson, recovered and won 2-1, while Poland went to penalties after a 0-0 draw which ended regulation and extra time: Szczesny’s save was decisive on James on the last spot kick.
