Gregorian chants in the operating room, so an 8-year-old boy underwent brain surgery

Scalpels like the rods of an orchestra that skilfully move to the notes of Mozart and Gregorian chants. It happened yesterday at the Salesi Pediatric Hospital in Ancona where neurosurgery was performed on a child suffering from a vascular malformation of the brain. Thanks to an ‘electronic ear’ it was possible to transmit acoustic and mechanical sound stimuli (vibrations).
