500 g of wholemeal flour 350 ml of water 15 g of fresh brewerā€™s yeast 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 10 g of salt 1 pinch of sugar

Preparation:

Dissolve the yeast in a glass of warm water with a pinch of sugar.
In a bowl, place the wholemeal flour, il sale and mix. Add theolio and the remaining warm water, then the dissolved yeast. Mix all the ingredients.
