Is one dose of the vaccine enough if you’ve already had Covid? Researchers from Abbott Laboratories and Rush University Medical Center in Chicago went to analyze the antibody levels of the healed before, during and after vaccination with Pfizer and found that the second administration did not significantly change the already high immune response, thus suggesting that a dose is enough to consolidate the immunity acquired with the infection.
