10 newly diagnosed local cases in Jingmen on the 9th are all related to a tour group in Huaian, Jiangsu
CCTV News As of 24:00 on August 9, a total of 18 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia have been reported in Jingmen City, including 12 cases of mild type, 6 cases of common type, and 12 cases of asymptomatic infection. On August 9th, 10 newly confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia were newly diagnosed, including 6 mild cases and 4 ordinary cases; 12 cases of asymptomatic infection were transferred to designated medical institutions for treatment and their condition was stable.
Traceability:
After the first confirmed case, Zhang Mou, was diagnosed on August 4, Jingmen City immediately started the circulation work, searching for a total of 1,054 close contacts of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections, and 1,141 second close contacts. From the traceability point of view, all cases are from the same source of transmission. They are related cases of a tour group in Huai’an, Jiangsu. They are all related to Zhang, a migrant worker from the Wuhan Zhuankou project site of the China Construction Third Bureau and his colleagues Huijing. From the perspective of circulation, it is mainly concentrated in the Yiwei Power Q8 construction site and Tianle Community in the high-tech zone·Daodao District. Among them, 21 cases related to the Yiwei Power Q8 construction site of 3 people such as Zhang and live with Zhang. There are 9 related cases in the Ditianle Community (including the chess and card room). The distribution area is 26 cases in Jingmen Dadao District and 4 cases in suburban villages. Among the two cases in Tuanlinpu Town, 1 case was in Yiwei Power and the other was his wife; of the two cases in Mahe Town, 1 case was in Yiwei. Strict containment measures have been taken in terms of “people, objects, and places” in the above-mentioned related areas.
Nucleic acid detection situation:
Recently, the first round of full-staff nucleic acid testing was carried out in the downtown area of Jingmen and Tuanlinpu Town, Diodao District. A total of 623,754 people were tested. A total of 4 positive samples were detected, all from the Q8 construction site of Yiwei Power. At present, all 4 people have been sent to designated hospitals for treatment. The communities where they are located have been strictly closed and managed and environmentally eliminated. The close and sub-closers have been isolated and controlled in a centralized manner. In addition, the second and third rounds of single-person apheresis were initiated respectively at the isolation point and the enclosed area, and a total of 18 positive cases were detected.
Prevention and control measures:
Jingmen City strictly implements the prevention and control measures of co-prevention between people and places and combining points, lines and areas, and comprehensively upgrades social management and control. In terms of traffic control, strict control is implemented on vehicles (except special vehicles) and personnel entering and exiting the central city. All social vehicles and personnel can only enter and exit. At present, there are 11 national and provincial highway checkpoints and 60 monitoring points at the junction of counties (cities, districts) in the central urban area. In terms of community management and control, closed management of all communities (residential areas) in the Diaodao District has been implemented. Currently, 429 communities (residential areas) have been closed and controlled. In terms of isolation point management and control, centralized isolation point management has been standardized. A total of 41 centralized isolation points have been set up in the central urban area, and 3241 isolation rooms have been used. In terms of hospital management and control, we will play the role of “checkpoint card” in fever clinics, strictly implement pre-inspection and triage, “three districts and two channels” and other measures to prevent and control hospital infections, and keep the bottom line of “zero hospital awareness”.
