Latin Music Playlist to Pump Up Your National Exercise Day Workout

National Exercise Day is officially celebrated on April 18, and Billboard has created the definitive Latin music playlist for the occasion. This unofficial holiday was founded in 2020 by Dr. Jeuse Bernard Saint-Fleur to raise awareness about the importance of exercise and how it can save lives, according to Daysoftheyear.com. In the United States, it is celebrated annually in April, in the middle of spring.

The Latin music exercise playlist includes more than 40 songs, perfect for a session of up to two hours at the gym. For those who want to feel motivated and hear positive affirmations, hits like “Que chimba de vida” by Karol G, “Los Pits” by Bad Bunny, “Bendído” by Randy Malcom, and “Arrasando” by Thalia are included.

For gym junkies who need reggaeton to pump them up, there’s Rauw Alejandro’s “Diluvio,” Daddy Yankee’s classic “Gasolina,” and viral hit “Gata Only” by FloyyMenor and Cris MJ, which just reached No. 1 on the Hot Latin Songs chart Billboard.

Songs like “Harley Quinn” by Fuerza Regida and Marshmello, “Coco Loco” by Maluma, “El yate” by Lenny Tavárez and Sergio George, “Mercho” by Lil’ Cake, Migrantes, and Nico Valdi, and “La bachata” by Manuel Turizo represent the genres of dance, merengue, salsa, cumbia, and bachata, respectively.

And of course, the playlist could not miss songs inspired by the gym like “La Baby” by Tainy with Daddy Yankee, Feid, and Sech, and “Gym,” a catchy dembow by J Molina.

Now, put on your best workout clothes and get out there sweating and enjoy the playlist created by Billboard for National Exercise Day on April 18.
