Two more stores open pending the arrival of the fitness center of the American giant owned by Richard Branson who wants to land in Padua
New opening at the former Rinascente. After the Philip Morris and Fielmann stores, now it has been the turn of the international clothing and footwear giant Snipes which will be followed by Juice-Apple. And the hypothesis of a large gymnasium, with swimming pool and spa, of 2,600 square meters that would embrace the second and third floors, takes shape more and more: equipment and treadmills overlooking the historic center. In the large building, which remained empty on February 16, 2019 after the choice of the Rinascente group to leave Padua, the owner carried out demolition and renovation works worth 10 million euros (all the floors were rebuilt with the contribution of 150 tons of iron ).
The building was revived in December with the Philip Morris store, in February with the large optical store Fielmann, one of the largest European chains. And after the first two stores, here are two other important contracts signed. Snipes, a reference point for the new generations, looks above all to urban culture, inspired by hip hop and basketball and selling the main brands such as Adidas and Nike. Juice-Apple will open a sparkling 400 square meter store dedicated to technology, a reference point for Apple customers and beyond. These shops occupy the ground floor and first floor and in the meantime negotiations continue for four other activities: they are still top secret but one of these, still top secret, is a big name in the stars and stripes food, loved by kids. They will open after the summer.
