If we then go into detail it happens that, apart from the laboratory reports that are normally published, in the third quarter of 2021 in the file there is no trace of a long series of performances:
1) 65% of histological examination results (pathological anatomy)while 14 out of 21 Regions are zero (Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Lazio, Marche, Molise, Autonomous Province of Bolzano, Puglia, Sardinia, Sicily, Tuscany and Umbria);
2) 45% of the reports of specialist visits: 11 Regions do not publish even one (Abruzzo, Calabria, Campania, Lazio, Liguria, Marche, Molise, Puglia, Sicily, Tuscany and Umbria);
3) 40% of radiological results: zero in 8 Regions (Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Puglia and Sicily);
4) 35% of the emergency room reports: zero in 7 Regions (Abruzzo, Calabria, Campania, Lazio, Liguria, Molise and Sicily);
5) 35% of hospital discharge letters: zero in 7 Regions (Abruzzo, Calabria, Campania, Lazio, Molise, autonomous province of Bolzano and Sicily) (here the document).
As for the citizen, in addition to being able to consult the results of their blood tests (and this is almost always the case), access to their vaccination booklet and the possibility of choosing or changing their family doctor were promised: in 9 Regions cannot do the first thing, in 9 others the second.
