Samantha Cristoforetti is preparing to become the first ‘extraterrestrial’ TikToker: the Italian astronaut of the European Space Agency (ESA) has in fact opened a profile to tell young people about her next mission on the International Space Station (ISS), which will begin on April 23 with the launch from Cape Canaveral aboard SpaceX’s Crew Dragon ‘Freedom’ shuttle. “Follow me! To boldly go where no TikToker has gone so far,” says AstroSam in its first short introductory video on the social network. In a second video he presents the three NASA colleagues with whom he will fly aboard the Crew Dragon to reach the ISS and officially become part of Expedition 67. For AstroSamantha it will be the second mission in space, after the one in 2014 which sight engaged in orbit for nearly 200 days
