With a cross-party proposal for a double contradiction solution, Jens Spahn, together with members of the CDU/CSU, SPD and DIE LINKE, would like to ensure that more patients receive a donor organ. On April 1, 2019, the MPs presented their proposal in Berlin. Irrespective of this, a law will now ensure better processes and structures for organ donation in hospitals.
