It was Marco Camisani Calzolari who uncovered a dangerous flaw in the Facebook-Meta regulation. The full service will be broadcast this evening on Striscia la storia (Channel 5, 8.35 pm) and is in the wake of the many problems that have recently been affecting the famous social network.
The digital culture expert Camisani Calzolari demonstrates that in the social network founded by Mark Zuckerberg there may be official pages, that is, with the coveted blue check of truthfulness, which, however, have very little truth. Facebook, in fact, allows any page, after having regularly obtained the verification, to change its name, while maintaining the blue check associated with the old identifier. A flaw that the spokespersons of the social network themselves, contacted by the correspondent of Striscia, confirmed and that could undermine the authority of the so-called “verified” pages.
