“The terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall on the outskirts of Moscow can be traced back to the Ukrainian special services and it is well known that the Kiev regime is completely controlled by the United States.” This was stated by the secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolay Patrushev. “They are trying to convince us that the terrorist act was committed not by the Kiev regime but by supporters of radical Islamic ideology, perhaps by members of the Afghan branch of the Islamic State,” Patrushev said at the 19th annual meeting of top security officials of the member states of the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization).

“However, it is much more important to promptly establish who is the mastermind and sponsor of this horrible crime. The traces lead to the Ukrainian secret services. However, everyone knows well that the Kiev regime is not independent and is completely controlled by the United States. It must be borne in mind that ISIS and Al-Qaeda and other terrorist groups were created by Washington,” Patrushev stressed.

“The perpetrators of this mass shooting and also their accomplices were arrested while trying to cross the Russian state border where the Ukrainian side had prepared a window for their escape,” the senior Russian security official stressed.
