Having a healthy intestinal flora would be essential to prevent our body from getting sick. In fact, the metabolic and immune systems are linked to the microbiota, a sort of barrier that must be kept in balance, so that it protects us against external pathogens. In the intestinal tract there are live microorganisms that are essential for our health because they fight pathogens. They are called probiotics, because they are secreted by one organism and stimulate the growth of other organisms. Probiotics can be obtained through yogurt, fermented, and fiber-rich foods.
Lactic ferments are very important for our intestine. They should always be taken, but especially when the bacterial flora is put to the test or there is an intestinal imbalance. They are the main foods of diets that should help those suffering from metabolic diseases. Their ability to clear the blood by lowering cholesterol levels is crucial when deciding how the daily diet should be supplemented.
Allergies and health
If we purify the liver and blood with lactic ferments, we will have a better chance of eliminating some of the excess fat. There are drinking yoghurts on the market that are comfortable and healthy. Generated by a variant applied to the production process, they would be a cross between acidified milk and yogurt.

Many stars of the show have claimed to keep their gut and stomach healthy by consuming a tea-like drink. Called the elixir of longevity and coming from China, Kombucha tea is said to be rich in probiotics and is good for your health. It is a sparkling drink obtained from the fermentation of sweetened tea and the symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts.
There are no scientific data that confirm the properties of Kombucha tea, which, however, would contain vitamin B and probiotics that are healthy for the human body. However, undesirable effects such as nausea, vomiting and allergic reactions were recorded. Two sides were therefore formed, one in favor and one against. Those who belong to the second claim that even the conservation and consumption of this drink should follow particular rules, including avoiding the use of ceramics.
We can continue to buy liquid yogurt if we want to drink a fresh, thirst-quenching and nutritious drink or we can try something new. The important thing is to approach the news with due caution.
