It’s official: working for less time is really good and not only for the health of employees, but also for that of companies. In fact, the largest pilot project in the world has been successful in which dozens of UK companies have reduced the working week from 5 to 4 days. So much so that a very large part of the companies and the employees have decided to keep this reduced work program in place.
